The Student Alumni Ambassadors are available for assistance with tours and events. Full descriptions of our options are below. Please fill out the form to request assistance. The starred questions are required, with the rest of the form being specific to the event. 


Walking Tour of Campus

Student Alumni Ambassador members provide a walking tour of campus for various individuals including, but not limited to, alumni returning to campus and special guests of the University of Illinois. We will tailor the tour to your specific interests.

Driving/Bus Tour of Campus

Student Alumni Ambassador members provide a bus tour of campus for various individuals including, but not limited to, alumni returning to campus and special guests of the University of Illinois. If you have a larger group, such as a class reunion, we suggest arranging a bus tour. We will tailor to your specific interests.

Event Hosts

Student Alumni Ambassador members serve as hosts to greet and welcome distinguished alumni and guests of the University of Illinois. The needs of the guests are our first priority. Host duties may include meeting and greeting guests, checking in coats or serving as a liaison between the contact person and the guests. 

Event Assistance

Student Alumni Ambassador members also work behind the scenes to assist with logistical tasks and organization during an event. We can help with setup, registration tables, parking and directions. 

Meet-and-Greet

Student Alumni Ambassadors can’t stop talking about the University of Illinois! SAA members have their thumb on the pulse of campus and would love to share their enthusiasm with anyone who has the same passion for the University. Grab coffee with a Student Alumni Ambassador to learn about campus culture and current happenings.

Please note that during campus breaks (thanksgiving, winter, spring, and summer) it may be difficult for SAA to fulfill requests, though every effort will be made to do so.
